FAQ's about E-book Orders:

How is my E-book delivered? 

After you purchase your E-book, a Checkout Success page will appear.  The download link should appear at the bottom of the page.  To access the E-book at any time, all you need to do is log in to your account at the Hair Resources Store and click on view orders.  Your download link will appear in your account.

Can I print out my E-book?

You can print the E-book by pressing the Print Icon on the Adobe Acrobat Reader menu bar.    The E-book is packed full of active website links that you can access immediately if you read it on your computer.

How many times can I download the E-book?

We enable each order with 5 downloads.  This is to accommodate any updates or changes that are done to the E-book.  If you save the E-book to your computer, this will be more than enough downloads.

I just paid for the E-book, and I can't find it anywhere.  How do I get to it?

You can log on to your account at the Hair Resources Store and View Orders.  The download link should appear in your account.  If for any reason it does not, Email heguide@hairresources.net  or call customer service at 1.614.792.0197 and we will Email the E-book directly to you.

Do you have any printed books available?

At the present time, we do not offer printed books.  We are investigating the option of printing the book on loose leaf paper (no fancy binding or packaging).   If you would prefer a printed book, Email the heguide@hairresources.net and we will let you know when it becomes available.

What do I do if all of my downloads are used up and I still haven't read the E-book?

If you have had any problems downloading and still haven't received the E-book, send and Email to heguide@hairresources.net or call 1.614.792.0197 and we will enable more downloads for you.

Can I send the E-book to a friend?

Your purchase only allows you to view the E-book.  Distribution or reproduction under any circumstances is strictly prohibited.
